★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos comido en las de Acoxpa y Parque Delta y nada que ver, las porciones son mucho menores, a la ensalada le falta el aderezo, tuve que pedir que le pusieran más queso (qué si lleva normalmente) porque le pusieron lo menos posible y el pan que usaron parecía una galleta de lo delgado que estaba y así no es en las otras sucursales o franquicias. No recomiendo comer aquí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó la comida, todo rico y saludable, pedí el paquete de de burrito, ensalda, sopa y agua y todo por sólo 150 pesitos y las porciones muy llenadoras. Sigan así, no bajen la calidad.

No está segura de lo que fue, si los frijoles como guarnición, que sabían ácidos, o el jugo de naranja, o incluso los champiñones del omellette. Esto, aunado a que la atención no es la mejor. De verdad, hagan lo posible por evitar este sitio. Hay muchas opciones en esa foodcourt.
Hello. My wife got sick from the food at this place. She's not sure what it was, the beans as a side dish, which tasted sour, or the orange juice, or even the mushrooms in the omelette. This, coupled with the fact that the attention is not the best. Seriously, do your best to avoid this site. There are many options in that foodcourt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tristemente, después de volverles a dar una 2da oportunidad ya que en 2020 me intoxique con una ensalada de Parque Delta. El jueves pasado acudí a esta sucursal en Oasis confiándome de que todo estaría bien y en lugar de preferir comida chatarra, opté por algo más saludable.
Cual fue mi sorpresa justo después de comer mi ensalada (no me la terminé) pero enseguida sentí una pesadez súper extraña, al día siguiente naturalmente ya estaba enferma sin haber comido nada más por este sentimiento que tuve después de la ensalada. Acudí al médico y efectivamente tengo gastroenteritis, es el único lugar que había visitado, el médico me dijo que no puedo confiar en cualquier lugar de ensaladas porque a veces no lo desinfectan bien y que razón tiene.
En resumen, no recomiendo que acudan a esta sucursal. Llevo 3 días enferma por una ensalada mal desinfectada ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy muy fan de La Buena Tierra y en general me encanta comer aquí, hacen unos deliciosos Wraps y también unas muy buenas entradas y sopas, pero algo pasa con esta sucursal que cada que ordeno me entregan mal mi orden: Está incompleta, le faltan ingredientes, no ponen atención y ojo, no es solamente entrega en sucursal, también cuando pido por Rappi se equivocan y mandan pedidos que no corresponden, o con menos ingredientes o ausencia de ellos y me molesta porque es lo que mejor se supone que te ofrecen y lo que más intentan vender y que decepción, por que me he llevado grandes experiencias en otras sucursales como la de Parque Delta o la de Santa Fe, pero la de Oasis Coyoacán no vale la pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pedí un paquete que incluye una sopa y la sopa traía una cucaracha, evidentemente no quise comerme lo que había pedido. Si pudiera puntuar con cero estrellas lo haría. Aclaro que he comido en otras sucursales de ésta cadena y en ninguna me ha pasado esto, solo en la de oasis Coyoacán.
Terrible service, I ordered a package that includes a soup and the soup had a cockroach, obviously I did not want to eat what I had ordered. If I could rate zero stars I would. I clarify that I have eaten in other branches of this chain and this has not happened to me in any of them, only in the Coyoacán oasis.
