En cuanto a la factura, pésima atención, solicite mi factura y me responden el correo de que se ha enviado . A mi correo jamas llego. Y en el SAT tengo dos facturas con misma fecha y monto, solo que ninguna con el RFC puesto en el ticket. Volví a solicitar apoyo que de mínimo aclaren su RFC real y no tuve respuesta. ??? Dejan mucho que desear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo atención al cliente. Te dicen en 15 minutos y tardaron 35. Están muy lentos y la que te cobra (Azucena) te atiende de mala gana. Dan prioridad a los servicios de app. La comida está buena pero tampoco compensa el tiempo de espera. Me tuve que acercar a decirle dame mi orden la dejo ahí para atender a otra persona que llego a ordenar, únicamente faltaba aguacate en la sopa y si no le digo me hace esperar otros 10 minutos.
Terrible customer service. They tell you in 15 minutes and it took 35. They are very slow and the one who charges you (Azucena) reluctantly attends to you. They give priority to app services. The food is good but it doesn't make up for the waiting time.
