★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son de lo peor!!! Reserve ayer en la mañana por 7 noches y hace 5 minutos más precisamente 9:30 me avisa que no tiene disponibilidad que se reservó, a lo que respondo si yo te reserve está mañana, aquí les dejo el print de pantalla de la conversación!!! Son un desastre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous devions dormir 1 nuit le jour de notre arrivée à Cancun. Si vous réservez via Booking ou autre, envoyez bien un message à la propriétaire pour qu’elle vous confirme votre réservation, la notre a été annulée alors que nous étions dans la rue à chercher l’adresse. Elle avait contacté booking au préalable mais l’info n’était pas passée apparement.
Si votre réservation est confirmée, demandez bien l’adresse avant également car il semblerait que l’adresse sur Google et autre n’est pas la bonne. Après 1h à tourner dans le quartier nous n’avons jamais trouvé.
We had to sleep 1 night the day we arrived in Cancun. If you book via Booking or other, send a message to the owner to confirm your reservation, ours was canceled while we were in the street looking for the address. She had contacted booking beforehand but the info had apparently not passed.
If your reservation is confirmed, ask for the address before also because it seems that the address on Google and others is not the right one. After 1 hour to turn in the neighborhood we never found.
