They did not have colored bulbs and they say they steal lighters but there was a good vibe I think because they were all blown up 7/10

Excellent place, good atmosphere, but the valet parking service leaves much to be desired, also the waiters wanted us to charge a mandatory 20% tip. Very nice waitresses and good drinks 4/5.
