Found this place on Airbnb and it's was great. The rooms were cleaned and very centric. The place is located two blocks from playa norte and one block from the main Street.

Nice location and rooms cleaned on a daily basis. The owner is helpful and can help to arrange different activities for you. Good WiFi too, can't complain of anything!

Good location on North end of Isla, close enough to ferry (4-5 blocks), and amazing beaches. Not the cleanest place (bring your own pillow cases), and bathroom is meh, but really hard to beat the value. Plus, when you're on Isla, you won't be in the room very much!

Very pricey and dirty place. The shower is hot though which is a good thing. There's two small double bed(very shabby) where we stayed and we paid about 80usd for it. The internet is okay. There's a lot of places around though that you can find some good restaurant just around the corner.

We had the 3 bed room in the downstairs and because of being on the lower level it was cool even when it was hot outside and it was very quiet. Our room was actually 3 rooms - a dining area with a table, chairs, and a refrigerator; a bedroom with 3 beds; and a bathroom. The air conditioning worked well and there was also a fan in the room VERY nice during the hot/humid times. The location was great - very close to many restaurants and shops. It was hard to find at first though since there isn't a sign outside.

Great place, comfortable, clean, perfectly located and for a very good price. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.

Do not book here, place is small, smells, cramped and grubby not good for value. We found much better places for cheaper. ALEX is not an understanding but very rude man. Alot of these reviews are clearly fake. We arrived and waited 25 minutes for someone to arrive. There is a building site right outside you can't even hear each other talk. We were told by one of the ladies that the drilling would start again at 8am. Once we went into the apartment it smelt terribly. Very basic. The most dangerous thing is they let us book with 2 small children for a bunk bed. This bed has no safety bars what so ever. There was no way we could let our children stay here. We were booked for 3 days. We said that we could not stay there and had to find somewhere last minute with 2 small children and pay again. We said as a good will gesture please cancel our stay for safety and the fact that there is a very noisy building site to take payment for one night and please relist and refund. He refused he took our money and we work very hard for this to take this vacation. So we paid double. We have no other problems in mexico and only this. Do not book this place not nice at all. I hope you feel good taking our money Alex. Really ruined our time there. This is not a fake review which he will probably try and say. I have also written on air b and b where I originally booked.
