★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is legit yummy Mexican food! We went as a family and our kids really liked all of the options. We enjoyed sopes, tacos, ceviche, and quesadillas here. The agua de Jamaica is a must but make sure to ask for some limes on the side to squeeze in for an extra boost of flavor. The atmosphere is also very relaxed and the restaurant does a top notch job with cleanliness and hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good but they don't care about what you ask for. Asked without cheese and indeed it didn't have cheese inside, only it was covered with creme & cheese from the outside. So they don't make the dietary connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a place that made chile relleno, and we found it! The BEST! We highly recommend this place. Service was impeccable, so kind and helpful, and the food was amazing. We also shared a chicken quesadilla, it was so, soooo good. They serve tortilla chips with homemade sauces to start too.
Excellent place to eat authentic Mexican food. We'll make sure to come each time we're in Playa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No frills authentic Mexican food! Most people would dine on the main avenue and miss this gem near the ferry port. Don't be deceived by all the inane souvenir stands nearby, this restaurant is for real.
