La Diosa Tulum - 77780 Tulum

The service, location and food are by far one of the best in Tulum. Management and staff were amazing. I see great things for this new resort and will definitely be back!!

As Mexican, I’m deeply embarrassed for this establishment. We went for lunch, sat on our table for 40mins & no one cared to address us. Meanwhile 4 other tables of international tourist sat down to get service right away. so shameful. We asked twice to order & they rudely said hold on. Then we walked out & told the other servers that service felt racially profiled & they laughed at our face & never said a word or tried to apologize

We have been staying here for years. Previously it was Zazilkin. Now there is new management with many of the same wonderful people who we have come to know over the years working there. They have been updating and improving the rooms and spaces and we were impressed with the renovations. This place has an authentic charm that we love, and the upgrades have only made it even better. The beach is the best in the area since you can see the ruins while you are swimming. The location is excellent as you can walk to the ruins and to many other nearby restaurants. They have a wonderful restaurant and beach club here also, so it’s very easy to just come here and never leave! We loved having breakfast here every morning and often stayed for lunch or dinner. The beach club was a great place to spend the day. Really the whole reason for coming to Tulum, in addition to the ruins. You can even get a massage on the beach. There are a variety of accommodations here - something for everyone. We saw some of the newly remodeled cabanas and were very impressed. Most importantly, it has a vibe that is relaxing and authentic and everyone here is so friendly. Very peaceful and beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

As I’m writing we’re checking out of this beautiful and charming beach hotel in Tulum. Sad to go, but superrelaxed after this wonderful stay. The experience has been truly amazing. So many nice people working here, Laura at the reception, Israel and another young guy we didn’t catch the name of on the restaurant one site. People doing an amazing job! If you want a nature experience, choose the cabanas with sounds of the waves and birds! If you prefer AC and a more hotel experience, choose the hotel rooms. You won’t regret coming to this new hotel!

Fabulous place, now my favorite in Tulum to stay. Unbelievably relaxing, awesome staff from security to wait and hotel staff. Ask for Laura, she can get everything done. A true gem as far as a place to stay in Tulum and the people working there. I won’t be going to try any other places for a while after finding this little piece of paradise

My family and I had an amazing time staying at La Diosa Tulum over Christmas. We felt very welcomed and special being one of the first guests of the hotel. This place is truly beautiful, the food is delicious and staff is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

I stayed here for a week and I just wanted to write a review to say how amazing this hotel is firstly the location is like paradise it is simply stunning the little beach huts and palm trees and the beach is just so beautiful to wake up to every day. The staff was amazing so kind and helpful and the food was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in tulum. I can’t wait to come back there again soon ?

This resort is such a spectacular gem! You have an amazing sense of privacy when it comes to your accommodations, all while having the easy accessibility to be apart of the beach party if you simply walk to the edge of the property. The restaurant on site has excellent food and offers a wonderful communal area to hang out with your loved ones. The resort staff were extremely accommodating, hard working, and provided a warm and welcoming feeling throughout your stay. I would certainly recommend this property to all types of families and travelers and can’t wait to stay here again!
