C	Cristhian Adrián on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente es muy desgastante la falta de formalidad en cuanto a la entrega de facturas ya que cuantas veces compro son las mismas por las que tengo que esperar hasta 5 días en el mejor de los casos que me envíen facturas electrónicas y hay que estar llamando a ratos para lograr la entrega, esto es molesto y desesperante de hecho el 50% de compras ya los realizo en otras tiendas y continuo comprando en la Ferre porque está de paso a mi trabajo solo por eso. La atención es buena pero en el tema de sistemas es totalmente pésimo “”ojala y exista un cambio en ello. It really is very exhausting the lack of formality in terms of delivery of invoices since how many times I buy are the same for which I have to wait up to 5 days in the best case that they send me electronic invoices and you have to be calling at times In order to achieve delivery, this is annoying and desperate, in fact, 50% of purchases are already made in other stores and I continue shopping at La Ferre because it is on the way to my work just for that. The attention is good but on the issue of systems it is totally lousy "" hopefully there is a change in it.

Deberían quitarlo de los directorios, solo generan frustración en los clientes. Nunca contestan el teléfono para hacer cotizaciones lo que retrasa las nuestras como contratistas. Parece que no valoraran a sus clientes. Una lástima. The store is very complete but terrible service. At the counter they serve you as if they were doing you a favor, zero vocation of service. They never answer the phone to make quotes which delays ours as contractors. It seems that they do not value their customers. A shame.

En el almacén me atendieron de maravilla, cobran 1.5% extra si quieres pagar con tarjeta Excellent assortment, poor attention from cashiers, they take too long.
