★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ayer y encima del ticket nos pusieron un post it con el total con la propina "sugerida", para dividir la cuenta lo quitamos para ver el total de nuestro consumo, pagamos y para nuestra sorpresa el cambio regresó con la propina cobrada sin habernos preguntado. Eso es una mala práctica. Por supuesto que dejaríamos propina pero que te la cobren con el consumo no es legal. No volveré y llamaré a Profeco para saber qué se puede hacer en estos casos.
I went yesterday and on top of the ticket they put a post it with the total with the "suggested" tip, to divide the bill we removed it to see the total of our consumption, we paid and to our surprise the change came back with the tip collected without having asked us . That is bad practice. Of course we would leave a tip but charging you with the consumption is not legal. I will not return and I will call Profeco to find out what can be done in these cases.
