El surtido es mediano pero tiene mucho sabor: el sabor tradicional del buen pan mexicano. No faltan los condes, las conchas, los cuernitos, los puerquitos, las semas, panes de hojaldre, rellenos, azucarados, polvorones, en fin... hay medidas especiales de higiene y prevención, pero la sonrisa no ha cambiado en su atención.
