★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me comunique poco después de las 11:30am, la señorita que tomo mi llamada comento que enseguida enviaría información a mi celular, al no hacerlo escribí yo un mensaje, es hora de que nadie puede darme respuesta. Entiendo si tienen alta demanda, pero por educación y obviamente para descartarlos deberían dar respuesta.
Lamentable que sus reseñas sean tan buenas y que hasta el momento su tiempo de respuesta y educación sean pésimos.
I contacted me shortly after 11:30 am, the lady who took my call commented that she would immediately send information to my cell phone, by not doing so I wrote a message, it is time that no one can give me an answer. I understand if they are in high demand, but for education and obviously to discard them they should respond.
Unfortunately your reviews are so good and your response time and politeness are lousy so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar muy bonito pero el servicio tanto de los dueños y meseros pésimo nada serviciales y groseros, en mi evento hubo muchísimos detalles que dieron de que hablar, dañaron mobiliario de la mesa de postres y no se quisieron hacer responsables para el pago del mísmo teniendo que pagarlo yo a la persona que me lo rento.

The place is very nice but the service of both the owners and waiters is terrible, not helpful and rude, in my event there were many details that gave rise to talk, they damaged furniture on the dessert table and they did not want to be responsible for the payment of the same having I pay it to the person who rented it to me.
I do not recommend it
