Algo de entrenamiento no estaría mal. Y por favor uno de los puntos a favor para mantener el éxito del lugar es tener los sanitarios en una limpieza a detalle.
It is a classic place for a unique dish. The handmade tortillas are a delight. I recommend that you reevaluate your service staff. Some people act on instinct. Some training wouldn't be bad. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los sitios donde se ofrece pancita queda en un buen lugar debido a el servicio rápido y calidad de alimentos. La carne estaba muy bien cocida aunque a mi gusto le faltaba consistencia al caldo, pero contaba con buen sabor, el pollo con mole muy rico, las tortillas de tortillería, el café de olla muy rico, el precio un poco más elevado respecto a otros restaurantes similares.
Recomendable en general.

Importante poner atención en lo que les cobran para que no paguen por platos que no pidieron o por el tamaño de los platos que pidan.
