★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los mejores chilaquiles de SLP! Tienen muchas salsas e ingredientes para escoger. Venden cafecito refill, conchas y jugos naturales. La porción normal es enorme, pero pueden pedir media orden también. El lugar está chiquito pero muy acogedor, adornado con dibujos de sus clientes. Súper recomendable !!
 The best SLP chilaquiles! They have many sauces and ingredients to choose from. They sell coffee refill, shells and natural juices. The normal portion is huge, but you can order half an order too. The place is small but very cozy, adorned with drawings of its clients. Super recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente, los mejores chilaquiles de San Luis. Aunque los platillos no son muy grandes y pudiera ser que algunos no se sintieran satisfechos con las porciones, se compensa enormemente con el buen sabor y los costos razonables. Recomiendo mucho la salsa de chipotle.
Definitely the best chilaquiles in San Luis. Although the dishes are not very large and some may not be satisfied with the portions, it is greatly compensated by the good taste and reasonable costs. I highly recommend the chipotle sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente había ido a la sucursal de Himalaya en donde el servicio y la calidad de los productos siempre fueron excelentes, sin embargo ahora que visite la nueva sucursal en Carranza no tuve la misma experiencia, pedí unos chilaquiles con chicharrón el cual tenía un ligero sabor a rancio lo cual habla de que no es un producto fresco, al parecer todo se sirve frío en un plato de barro caliente por lo que al llegar a la mesa la parte de arriba está frío y la parte de abajo está hirviendo lamentablemente en esta ocasión esos detalles hicieron que el costo parezca excesivo por la mala calidad de los alimentos…. El personal es amable y el lugar agradable
Previously I had gone to the Himalaya branch where the service and quality of the products were always excellent, however now that I visited the new branch in Carranza I did not have the same experience, I ordered some chilaquiles with pork rinds which had a slight taste of rancid which speaks of the fact that it is not a fresh product, apparently everything is served cold in a hot clay plate so when it reaches the table the top part is cold and the bottom part is boiling unfortunately on this occasion those details made the cost seem excessive due to the poor quality of the food…. The staff is friendly and the place is nice.
