★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is about 6 blocks from the airport. Figures I'd give it a try. Lucky me, great selection of sea food. Wife had shrimp tocos, I had chicken. Both were worth the walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dined here twice on our current visit to Cozumel. The food, the drinks, the service were all outstanding! We were taken care of like family. This will be a spot that we visit every time we return to Cozumel. The fish is fresh and very well prepared, the lobster was flavorful and tender, and the sides were delicious. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my group loves lionfish, so we had to check out La Perlita when she was done with her morning dives. Two others in our group were introduced to lionfish. La Perlita did not disappoint. The casual, comfortable atmosphere added to the dining experience. We went early afternoon, but apparently they may be out of lionfish if you go late in the day. Don't worry, as they have plenty of other delicious items on the menu. Try it. You won't be disappointed. You might even get your leg kissed by Lucas, the French bulldog.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked our bellman where we could get the very best Ceviche and he had the cab take us to La Perlita. We have been to Cozumel 9 times and never found this absolute GEM! The mixed ceviche is to die for and the very freshest seafood anywhere. We actually ate here 2 nights in a row and plan to go back at least 2 more times! We are only here a week! Victor our server and Victor the Chef are both incredible. The entire staff and ownership are very gracious. The short little margaritas are sensational. They pack a punch! The is truly what people should experience in Cozumel and not the homogenized all inclusive menus at hotels.
