Lo que está pésimo es el servicio al cliente: tardan días en contestar, cuando contestan lo hacen de mala gana, a medias. El tipo cancela una hora antes de llevar a mi perrita al servicio y ni se disculpa. Pero si yo quiero reagendar la cita se pone de payaso y quiere que le deposite. Es grosero y descortés. Me gustaba porque mi perrita quedaba linda, pero mejor buscaré otra opción porque para malos tratos ahí ya no regreso.
