★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem in El Centro. If you get tired of eating tortas and have a craving for a traditional American sandwich, this is the best place to go in Queretaro. They use traditional bolillo rolls that are fresh-baked and are delicious with the somewhat limited selection of sandwich meats. I ordered the Carnes Frias completo (ham and pepperoni), which was what looked to be an 8 inch sandwich, panini style, with a small salad. My wife ordered a salad and was very happy with it. The salad dressing was nicely seasoned and enough so that you weren't forced to eat part of the salad dry. Friendly staff, too.
