★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, inconsistente, caro, vengativos y cortan servicio a su entera conveniencia. Incumplen contrato pese apagos puntuales y cero adeudos. Definitivamente el peor proveedor de agua de Queretaro.
Pity service, inconsistent, expensive, vindictive and cut service at your convenience. Breach contract despite specific blackouts and zero debts. Definitely the worst water supplier in Queretaro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servico, el tiempo de respuesta tanto presencial como por teléfono es súper lento. No dan soluciones, es muy difícil el trato. En la entrada “te sanitizan” pero lo único que hacen es echarte un chorro de agua, que con este frío es contraproducente...

Total desconocimiento de servicio al cliente por parte de sus trabajadores.
Si fuera posible pondría 0 estrellas
Terrible service, they did not report a change in receipt delivery, resulting in a charge. They have no application, their system is not friendly.
Total ignorance of customer service by its workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos servicio, nadie resuelve nada dicen que no es problema de ellos que es ya cosa del gobierno, entonces que la CEA se haga cargo. Estamos pagando un servicio pésimo y super caro.
Terrible service, no one solves anything, they say that it is not their problem, it is already a matter for the government, so let the CEA take over. We are paying a terrible and super expensive service.
