★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really local flavor with great people. for between 5070 pesos you will get a agua del dia, quesidilla, salad, soup, bread, salsa, main dish, and coffee or dessert. The pace is quite fast and the although servings are small there is more than enough to fill you. The owner is usually managing the floor and super sweet. Generally a wait time during the 2-4 rush and on weekends. Very local. Very dependent on what is available in the mercado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a fantastic comida corrida with excellent service and more creative options than is typical for a fonda. The service is super friendly and goes out of their way to help you. You would think it's impossible to provide such a good overall experience--service, portions, and taste especially--but somehow they do it. Highly recommend.
Note that UFRA Fonda a couple blocks away is by the same owner, so if you get caught with a line, you can always head over there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and tasty food. Sometimes there is some waiting period to get a table. They change the menu every day, providing a good variety of options. The portions are decent and it is a lot of food. You can get water, soups, pasta or salad, main dish and teaor coffee. They also have deserts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so this is one of your best options to get some food, it's something like a daily special, there is not many options in the menu but many enough to have something for almost evertone.
the food is good, the service is Soo fast and quite good... They give you a cup of tea or coffee at the end which is super, and the most important the price...is good it's not pricy at all.. I mean the food quality is great in comparison with the price.
You can definitely go there with your girl/boyfriend (not as a 1st date) or with some friends.
