★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de su personal siempre es muy buena. No cuentan con estacionamiento, pero siempre encuentras lugar sobe la calle.
La paquetería es muy eficiente si tu envío es dentro de Michoacán, ya que llega al día siguiente. También tienen ése mismo servicio en algunos municipios de Guanajuato y Jalisco.
Desde el 1 de octubre, todos los envíos que realices tendrán que ser pagados directamente en ventanilla al momento de enviarlos. Ya no se permite el cobro al momento de recibir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando necesité ayuda para resolver problema para generar mi factura (problema de la plataforma de la vozpack) resultó que de todo el personal que labora en paquetería solo una tal Lic Adriana Esquivel es la única persona que te puede resolver el problema; pero nunca la localicé o su linea estaba ocupada, creanme que si yo pudiera resolver el problema yo mismo lo haría sin necesidad de dar molestias o de que me atiendan mal por teléfono. 7 días sin que siquiera me atienda la persona encargada así que ustedes juzguen la clase de atención que hay en esta paquetería.
When I needed help to solve the problem to generate my invoice (problem with the vozpack platform) it turned out that of all the personnel that works in parcel delivery, only one Mr. Adriana Esquivel is the only person who can solve the problem for you; but I never located her or her line was busy, believe me that if I could solve the problem myself, I would do it without having to give annoyance or to receive bad attention on the phone. 7 days without even the person in charge attending me so you judge the kind of attention that is in this parcel.
