★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No había ni un alma cuando llegamos y las 3 chicas de caja ocupadísimas con sus celulares y la chica de rayos X con fila. Mala atención Instalaciones de 100% pero nada que ver el servicio con la sucursal del centro.
 There was not a soul when we arrived and the 3 box girls were very busy with their cell phones and the X-ray girl with a row. Poor attention 100% facilities but nothing like the service with the downtown branch.

THE WORST THING IN LABORATORIES IN QUERETARO. If you come from a company and want to invoice, avoid this lab at all costs, I've been trying for three days to get my invoice sent to me and they still haven't sent it to me.

Deberían de mejorar eso, no es la primera vez q me pasa, recuerden que la mayoría llegamos en ayunas
It is not possible that having more staff than in other branches the service is so slow!
They should improve that, it's not the first time it's happened to me, remember that most of us arrived fasting
