Pensé que sería un proceso largo, pero simplemente llamé, me dieron informes, fui a la toma de muestra de moquillo para mi perrito, y me enviaron los resultados a mi correo y a mi médico veterinario también. Vi que tiene check-up anual, seguro regresaré cuando mi médico me indique que puedo hacerle ya un check-up. Me atendió la Dra. Gaby, super amable :)
I liked that it is simpler than I thought. I thought it would be a long process, but I just called, they gave me reports, went to the distemper sampling for my puppy, and they sent the results to my email and to my veterinarian as well. I saw that you have an annual check-up, I will surely return when my doctor tells me that I can do a check-up now. I was attended by Dr. Gaby, super kind :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención. Fui por análisis de sangre que me pidió el veterinario para mi gatita, y muy buen trato a pesar que se puso agresiva. Pero se pudo sin problemas. Necesario llevar orden médica, afortunadamente la llevaba.

Mi perro es súper dramático y la persona que lo atendió fue muy comprensiva y paciente para lograr que se relajara y pudiera hacerle el ultrasonido, me explicó súper bien lo que notó. Sin duda volveré en caso de que requiera más estudios.
All excellent!! from the service to the prices, the receptionists are very friendly. My dog is super dramatic and the person who treated him was very understanding and patient to get him to relax so he could do the ultrasound, he explained very well what he noticed. I will certainly return in case I require more studies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my cat here to have blood and urine tests. The man working in reception when I arrived was neither wearing a cubreboca, nor practicing social distancing during a pandemic. When I saw this I should have left. The person who drew my cat's blood did not wear gloves and after getting blood on his hands, he splashed some alcohol on them from a bottle rather than washing them. He then tried and failed to collect a urine sample. My poor cat has cancer and weakened immune system and it's hard for me to not be angry with these people for their lack of professionalism and failure to meet basic standards of hygiene. Honestly, I'm upset with myself for not having immediately left when I saw the receptionist not wearing a mask. Unacceptable and inexcusable.
