★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llamar por teléfono para consultar nadie te contesta y después tratas de comunicarte u suena cortado el teléfono, te obligan prácticamente a ir y en estos tiempos de pandemia no resulta práctico
When you call by phone to consult, no one answers you and then you try to communicate or the phone rings, they practically force you to go and in these times of pandemic it is not practical

More than an hour and a half to take the sample and there were only 4 people before, they allow people to pass without the use of mouthguards, poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are superior to any other lab in the area in terms of service, cost and time to return results. After calling other labs nearby it was easy to determine this. I dropped off my sample and it took five minutes. No issues with sample drop off. I received my results within the time the lab had promised over email. I couldn’t ask for more. This lab is very under rated on Google maps. To the lab staff, thank you all the help, I am feeling better because of your help??
