They didn't even me my negative result which made me miss my flight. Horrible service

Clean, accurate, puntual and with a solid reputation for being one of the biggest laboratories accross the entire country. Great to see big laboratories from Mexico City are coming into Cancun. Depending on the type of test you need they will have on the same day delivered to your email or you can download the APP so you can access to the cloud. Other tests that are more complicated can be scheduled and blood samples will be flown by plane the same day to Mexico city to more specialized checks. Tomography and other test that require bigger equipment are done at the central lab in Cancun located at Tulum Av.

The facilities were clean and easy to access, the prices are fair and generally the job of taking the blood sample itself was done well, nearly painless and not complicated. Which is why it's not a one star review. My complaint here is that I let the nurse know that I have a tendency to pass out after taking fasting blood draws (vasovagal syncope - it happens most times I take a fasting blood draw). She attributed it to being nervous and went ahead and did the draw. Everything good until after 20 seconds afterwards when I went out cold. I came to consciousness just enough to ask for a bed to lie down on and she said that there wasn't anything for me to lie down on and proceeded to stand me up to walk me out to the lobby. I passed out again in the lobby and they still didn't lie me down (heck, I would have laid down on the floor), but proceeded to walk me outside to my car where my husband came to my rescue and I passed out again for the third time in the parking lot and lost control of bodily functions until he could physically carry me and lay me down in the car. First of all, they should be more prepared to deal with fainting patients - it's not as if this is an uncommon situation. They should have laid me down and not tried to rush me out of the lab. Thank goodness I didn't fall and hit my head and cause bigger problems for myself. So for that reason I can't return to this particular lab, and for my next fasting blood draw wherever I go, I'll have to do it laying down.
