I dialed the number they give to find out about my studies and the person who answered me, apart from being arrogant, hung up my calls 3 times and according to them they don't have a telephone at the Rafael Sanzio branch and they didn't solve anything for me, they just hung up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera fue corto a pesar de que habia gente. Me pareció rápido tanto el proceso de pago como la toma de la muestra. Hice mi reserva a través del sitio web y al proporcionar ese folio, se respetó el precio de promoción que había en la página. :)
The waiting time was short even though there were people. I found both the payment process and the taking of the sample fast. I made my reservation through the website and by providing that folio, the promotional price on the page was respected. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 10 de enero de 2022 acudí a unos análisis (2da visita) y la atención fue sumamente PROFESIONAL por parte de todo el personal. La chica que me tomó la muestra de sangre se aseguró de mostrarme que los instrumentos fueran nuevos. Las dos veces que me he hecho estudios ahí, los resultados llegan antes de la hora que comprometen. Definitivamente, mi laboratorio de cabecera.
Today, January 10, 2022, I went for some tests (2nd visit) and the attention was extremely PROFESSIONAL by all the staff. The girl who took my blood sample made sure to show me that the instruments were new. The two times that I have done studies there, the results arrive before the time they commit. Definitely my go-to lab.

Despite arriving by appointment, the waiting time was more than half an hour for the sample to be taken. The staff is friendly but the logistics of the schedules are lousy.
