★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te asen venir 20 minutos antes nomas para checar tu cita y te mandan afuera a la calle a esperar lo que falta para la prueba y mi abulita con 91 años y mi mamá las sacaron, no las dejaron quedar y eso que había sillas y eran las únicas en el lugar
 Terrible service, they make you come 20 minutes earlier just to check your appointment and they send you out to the street to wait for what is left for the test and my 91-year-old grandmother and my mother took them out, they did not let them stay and that there were chairs and they were the only ones in the place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo, me hicieron un estudio que no sirvió no estaba nada completo (mi internista me lo comentó ) y me lo cobraron como si si, llame a cdmx y me dijeron que me reembolsarian y la respuesta de los chavos de aquí es te podemos repetir el estudio pero sería igual y con un descuento, mejor vayan a núcleo es mucho mejor, no desperdicien su dinero :(
I do not recommend it, they did a study that did not work, it was not complete (my internist told me) and they charged me as if, I called cdmx and they told me that they would reimburse me and the answer from the guys here is we can you repeat the study but it would be the same and with a discount, better go to the nucleus is much better, do not waste your money :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima la atención que brindan las personas que atienden, además de que su sistema de citas no funciona pues en el Call Center nos indicaron que ahí podía hacerse una prueba que necesitábamos, por internet me aparecía la opción e hice el pago, y al llegar nos dijeron que ahí no la podían hacer, que el sistema no reflejaba sus inventarios de reactivos.
¡Imagínate!
Y si le sumas la atención déspota, es para no regresar...
