★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio requería unos estudios y no me los pudieron realizar porque cerraban en 45 minutos. Siendo que su horario en sábado decía que cerraban en sábados a las 3 pm y yo llegue 2:15

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son un pésimo pésimo servicio , se Nota que no saben cuando les pides radiografía, tarde 40 minutos en que pudieran darme el servicio para mi bebé que iba fracturada del brazo, no había gente, nada de gente como para que no pudieran atenderme, la que te pregunta los datos para hacer la radiografía se nota que no sabe nada de lo que le pidas, y para acabarla me dieron mi radiografía en CD que ya ni se usa eso porque no tenían radiografía en físico y de verdad tardo 2 horas en llegarme a mi correo la radiografía, entre a la nube chopo y nunca subieron la radiografía NO VAYAN!!
They are a lousy lousy service, it shows that they do not know when you ask for an x-ray, it took 40 minutes for them to give me the service for my baby who had a fractured arm, there were no people, no people so that they could not attend to me, the one that He asks you for the data to do the X-ray, you can tell he doesn't know anything about what you ask him for, and to finish it off they gave me my X-ray on a CD, which isn't even used anymore because they didn't have a physical X-ray and it really took 2 hours to get to me my email the x-ray, I entered the poplar cloud and they never uploaded the x-ray DON'T GO!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y servicio de estos laboratorios en plaza Anahuac. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Mi mamá tuvo un problema en la toma de su muestra y una señorita de laboratorio no dudo en ayudarla.
Se siguen los protocolos de seguridad por contingencia y la atención es muy buena.
Sin duda volvería a realizar estudios aquí.
Excellent attention and service from these laboratories in Plaza Anahuac. I definitely recommend it. My mother had a problem taking her sample and a lady from the laboratory did not hesitate to help her.
Contingency security protocols are followed and the service is very good.
I would definitely study here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El estudio a realizar fue un Ecocardiograma y para este requiere una cita previa en sucursal. La atención fue rápida para obtener la cita y también el día del estudio, además el costo fue más bajo que los demás laboratorios consultados para dicho estudio.
The study to be carried out was an Echocardiogram and for this it requires a prior appointment at the branch. The attention was fast to obtain the appointment and also the day of the study, in addition the cost was lower than the other laboratories consulted for said study.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio... El día 19 de mayo vía telefónica solicite un estudio, me pidieron hacer un apartado del 25% , me dieron cita para el 27 de mayo 4:30 pm, llegué a las 4:00 pm... Me hicieron esperar una hora , claro, antes que cualquier cosa me pidieron liquidar el estudio para que una hora después me dijeran que no lo realizan, que la persona que atendió vía telefónica nos había dado mal los datos pero que la culpa era nuestra por no haber ido personalmente al laboratorio a preguntar. Su gerente porsupuesto no dió la cara, hablo un día después para decirme que en 30 días me regresan el dinero porque ya no lo tiene. Aparte de INEPTOS son unos LADRONES.
The worst service... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron esperar 2 horas ya había pagado mi estudio, no sé si se les olvida que estás ahí o que sucede. Me dan los resultados y son inconclusos, osea no tomaron bien la colposcopia, la mastografia igual, no los recomiendo y no volveré a hacerme algo ahi. No sé cómo tienen tantas sucursales y tanta gente acude y no se organizan
