★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio la señorita Magaly hace lo que quiere con loa estudios no te pregunta si impreso o por correo, lo mandan por correo y jamás abre, acudes a sucursal y la señorita se pone a gritarle al paciente. Ni para cambiar la fecha del sello. El incidente fue el día 22.febrero.2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las tres veces que necesite de este laboratorio por me ha ido bien, hoy llegue y de inmediato fui atendida no tuve mayor espera, también he acudido en plena pandemia y me atendieron rápido al igual que mis resultados me llegaron a mi correo pues así siempre los solicito y las muestras de sangre también todo correcto sin moretones siempre me ha tocado diferentes personas hoy fue Alan y me fue bien aunque mi esposo si sintió dolor pero en mi caso no.
Of the three times that I needed this laboratory, it has gone well for me, today I arrived and I was immediately attended to, I did not have a long wait, I have also gone in the midst of a pandemic and they attended to me quickly, just as my results arrived in my mail, as always I request them and the blood samples also everything is correct without bruises I have always had different people today it was Alan and it went well for me although my husband did feel pain but not in my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan mal servicio las que cobran, tienen muy mala actitud, aunque parecen amables. No les interesa el cliente, te dicen primero que no y después cuándo vas a hacer alguna llamada por teléfono te dicen que sí. Yo creo que les deben de dar conciencia que se deben al cliente.
