★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca profesionalidad son unos inútiles para tratar a gente de la tercera edad no saben acomodar a un paciente tardan demaciado para algo tan rápido de verdad lo único que le interesa es el dinero porque eso sí te cobran primero antes que otra cosa ya pagado ya te aguantas hasta que te pasen no es comercial pero recomiendo LABORATORIOS D'ALFA MUY PROFESIONALES Y MAS BARATO
 Little professionalism they are useless to treat elderly people they do not know how to accommodate a patient they take too long for something so fast really the only thing that interests them is money because that is what they charge you first before anything else already paid you can put up with it until they pass you it is not commercial but I recommend LABORATORIOS D'ALFA VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CHEAPER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pésimo el trato que dan a la gente de la tercera edad, no explican son muy déspotas a pesar que el personal es joven hablo desde el que está en la puerta que está sentado y no se levanta para tomar la temperatura hasta la persona que atiende para tomar los datos del pacientes así como la encargada de recoger la muestras.
Nunca preguntan si los estudios que solicitaron se entregan en forma presencial solamente molesto dicen que llegan al correo,
Es el único laboratorio que me han tratado así ni el de la colonia prado vallejo ni el de Lindavista a pesar que tienen más flujo de gente el trato es muy amable a comparación de este.
The treatment they give to the elderly is terrible, they do not explain they are very despotic despite the fact that the staff is young I speak from the one at the door who is sitting and does not get up to take the temperature to the person who attends to take patient data as well as the person in charge of collecting the samples.
They never ask if the studies they requested are delivered in person, only annoyingly they say that they arrive in the mail,
It is the only laboratory that has treated me like this, neither the one in the Prado Vallejo neighborhood nor the one in Lindavista, although they have more flow of people, the treatment is very friendly compared to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal es más grande, aun que les falta personal, ya que el estudio que me realice necesitaba de al menos dos personas para el procedimiento. Aun que fue tardado, la persona que me atendió fue muy profesional y me dedicó el tiempo necesario, explicando el proceso detalladamente.
The branch is larger, even though they lack staff, since the study that I carried out required at least two people for the procedure. Although it was time consuming, the person who attended me was very professional and took the necessary time, explaining the process in detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio de atención al cliente, te ofrecen los mejores paquetes para realizar tus estudios y Elizabeth es la mejor para la toma de muestra.
Lastima que en el teléfono del Chopo no te ofrezcan los mismos beneficios que en sucursal, incluso te cotizan con el precio más alto, recomiendo ir directo a sucursal para solicitar y pagar los estudios.
Excellent customer service, they offer you the best packages to carry out your studies and Elizabeth is the best for taking samples.
It's a shame that on the Chopo phone they don't offer you the same benefits as in the branch, they even quote you with the highest price, I recommend going directly to the branch to request and pay for the studies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saque una cita para un estudio por Internet. Llego a la sucursal, y me dicen que la pta maquina esta descompuesta y no saben lo que tiene. Me sugieren irme a formar a perder todo el día a otra sucursal, cuando yo ya pague por un servicio... Total quedan de llamarme uno o dos días después para reagendar la cita y han pasado 3 y es momento que no logro arreglar nada. Por teléfono esperas una eternidad para que contesten. Pto servicio de mrda. Me hicieron el reembolso despues de 7 dias.... mientras ya te fregaste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé un día antes para cotizar un estudio y según el operador podría realizarlo sin problema en esta sucursal. Llegué, realice mi pago y a la mera hora resulta que no tienen lo necesario. Que pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes ofrecían un buen servicio, ahora tienen un personal muy grosero, carente de eficacia en el área donde se solicitan los estudios (porque no ayudan resolviendo dudas sobre sus mismos servicios, son burlones y cero amables). Uno acude a esa sucursal por la cercanía y porque lleva personas de la tercera edad. Pero el trato que ofrecen es pésimo.
