★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono para información y los análisis de sangre algunos datos se cómo sus rangos los ponen mal y señalan que está o muy arriba o abajo en ciertos puntos de los resultado se tienen que corroborar para no tener temas cuando se entregen así medico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice mis estudios el día 26 de diciembre, me dijeron que podia recogerlos al siguiente día y cuando fui me dijeron que no me encontraron en su plataforma y que al parecer no los validaron y yo necesitaba mis resultados ese mismo día, me dijeron que el día 28 a las 5:00 de la tarde podría pedirlos por WhatsApp si es que no me llegabn al correo, el día de hoy no me ha llegado nada y el número de WhatsApp me dejó en visto. Mal servicio.
I did my studies on December 26, they told me that I could pick them up the next day and when I went they told me that they did not find me on their platform and that apparently they did not validate them and I needed my results that same day, they told me that the day 28 at 5:00 in the afternoon I could ask for them by WhatsApp if they did not reach me in the mail, today nothing has reached me and the WhatsApp number left me in sight. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui hacerme un ultrasonido, era la primera vez que me hacía uno, las indicaciones que me dieron fueron muy malas, el personal en su mayoría son muy déspotas y groseros. A la hora de pasar con el doctor, el doctor es muy déspota y me insulto. No me gustó la calidad del laboratorio, muy mal servicio y atención. Mejor recomiendo que vayan al laboratorio que se encuentra en la calle de munditelas.
