En la calle de Hegel inicia su historia Laboratorio Médico Polanco, nuestro fundador el Doctor Miguel Mendoza Sclair comenzó trabajando en conjunto con 10 médicos; se realizaban análisis clínicos con pacientes referenciados de la zona de Polanco y sus alrededores.
En 1990, después de trece años de experiencia, comenzaron a surgir nuevas necesidades en los pacientes de Laboratorio Medico Polanco, fue el momento para crear el área de Imagenología con la introducción de equipos como:
- Rayos X
- Ultrasonido
- Densitometría
Al mismo tiempo, se abrió la Sucursal ubicada en Lomas de Chapultepec, se comenzó el servicio de toma de muestra en algunos consultorios médicos en apoyo al diagnóstico del paciente. Con esta visión también iniciaron las negociaciones para establecer convenios con empresas como Bancos, Aseguradoras etc., para introducir los servicios de Laboratorio y Rayos X. En 1998, para brindar un mejor servicio a un promedio de 100 pacientes por día, instauró mayores normas de calidad y adquirió mejores equipos automatizados, ingresando a la nueva era de la tecnología, con lo que se hizo más fuerte y eficiente. Tan solo dos años después en el año 2000 con el objetivo de atender alrededor de 1,550 pacientes diarios, creó estrategias de Mercadotecnia, Ventas y plan de carrera para sus empleados.
Actualmente, Laboratorio Médico Polanco sigue trabajando para darle el mejor servicio a sus pacientes, y darle atención a alrededor de 3,500 pacientes diarios. En diciembre de 2007, nos certificamos en la Norma ISO 9001-2000 en 20 procesos y en todas nuestras sucursales; ofrecemos una gran gama de Estudios.

Dicen que los resultados están en 24 a 48 horas, pero no cumplen.
No hay servicio por las noches y no atienden al numero de call center; estamos con mí tía en el Aeropuerto desde las 04 AM y perdió su vuelo que sale a las 6:00 AM.

They say that the results are in 24 to 48 hours, but they do not comply.
There is no service at night and they do not answer the call center number; we are with my aunt at the airport since 04 AM and she missed her flight that leaves at 6:00 AM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal los estudios de PCR me dieron positivo y me costó el doble por su error. No reembolsan sus errores. En otro laboratorio si me dieron el examen correcto y pude realizar mi viaja al extranjero. Pedimos no lo utilicen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio fue rápido (20 minutos para el registro, pago y la prueba y otros 40 minutos para los resultados), es importante considerar que no había tanta gente en el horario que asistí por lo que se debe de programar al menos 60 a 90 minutos en este proceso para no perder tu vuelo, llenen su registro antes para ganar tiempo (en las fotos viene el QR), el costo es aceptable por la conveniencia del sitio y que operan 24/7, pero si pueden encontrar otras opciones pueden ahorrarse algunos pesos. El laboratorio está en el estacionamiento del aeropuerto GDL en el 2do Piso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can avoid performing your Covid test at this location, please do. They lack personnel. It take 60+ minutes to wait in line to pay for the test, then 30 minutes to wait for your test results. Not worth wasting your day at this testing location.
I have given this location a chance three times, and every one of those times I have gotten nervous that I might loose my flight.

I called them before going and register online with time, they swear to give me results up to 24 hrs if i go between 7am and 11am and i planned everything according to that.
Once i arrived it was empty and they told me will be 72 hrs to deliver the test , which is useless for international travel.
They are cheap, true, but avoid if you don’t want any inconvenience on your flight/plans
