Me entregaron la camioneta con detalles en la pintura, y se deslindan de la responsabilidad. El tiempo de entrega fue de mas de tres semanas. Un mes después tengo fallas en las piezas que se supone me cambiaron con refacciones nuevas. Muy mala atención al cliente. Terrible experiencia. No se si sea culpa de jefe de taller, pero que mal y pésimo servicio dan. V	Victor David Quiñonez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve mis dudas respecto al lugar porque leí malos comentarios respecto al tiempo de entrega pero en mi caso fue bastante rápido y práctico, mi coche no tuvo que quedarse en taller, compraron las piezas y solo me llamaron para montarlas, lo que pudo haber estado mejor fue la calidad del trabajo, no cuidaron que lo desmontado quedara perfectamente alineado nuevamente, lo regrese al día siguiente y lo mejoraron pero no esta perfecto. I had my doubts about the place because I read bad comments about the delivery time but in my case it was quite fast and practical, my car did not have to stay in the workshop, they bought the parts and only called me to assemble them, which could have been better It was the quality of the work, they did not take care that what was disassembled was perfectly aligned again, I returned it the next day and they improved it but it is not perfect.

Ante la aseguradora dijeron que cumplieron, cuando me quedaron a deber piezas asegurándome que su miserable vale tenía valor al ser de su sucursal y con sello oficial. El vale tiene fecha de agosto, les he marcado y es fecha que no me entregan mis piezas!! Ahora ya ni dan la cara los muy cobardes ni me contestan mis llamadas! Nunca vayan ahí! No confíen! Si ya dejaron su carro ahí, no firmen nada hasta constatar que su carro está completo, nunca firmen vales de pantomima que no valen nada, así como este miserable lugar. They are dishonest and corrupt garbage !! I chose this place thinking that they would be decent but they are part of the worst problem in our country! Before the insurance company they said that they complied, when they left me to owe pieces assuring me that their miserable voucher had value as it was from their branch and with an official seal. The voucher is dated August, I have marked them and it is the date that my pieces are not delivered to me !! Now the very cowards don't even show their faces or answer my calls! Never go there! Do not trust! If you have already left your car there, do not sign anything until you verify that your car is complete, never sign pantomime vouchers that are worth nothing, just like this miserable place.
