★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca seriedad para agendar y confirmar una cita a domicilio, la solicite a las 12:30 hrs, me dijeron que me llamarían a las 19:00 hrs para indicarme la hora en que pasarían, a las 21:00 hrs me desespere de que no me hablaban ni me resolvían y conseguí la cita con otro Laboratorio. Por fin me llamaron a las 21:30 hrs pero la cancele, ya que la necesitaba para un adulto de 89 años con anemia, no puedo estar con la incertidumbre ni programarle el ayuno apenas a esa hora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendables. Quedaron de entregar resultados antier y a la fecha no he recibido nada. Nadie contestó ya nunca. La señorita que vino a hacer los análisis nos quedó de enviar los resultados ese mismo día.
Nothing recommendable. They agreed to deliver results the day before and to date I have not received anything. No one ever answered anymore. The lady who came to do the tests was left to send us the results that same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta laboratorio es caro en realidad, entre 50% y 100% que otros, la única recomendación es para estudios para niños, aunque el servicio en recepción es muy malo, las personas que toman las muestras son muy profesionales. No se dejen engañar por los descuentos de aseguradoras, te hacen un 10%, siempre más alto que cualquier otro laboratorio.
This laboratory is really expensive, between 50% and 100% than others, the only recommendation is for studies for children, although the service at reception is very bad, the people who take the samples are very professional. Do not be fooled by insurance discounts, they make you 10%, always higher than any other laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagué $3,500 de una prueba COVID en @OlarteyAkle Sucursal Satélite. La necesitaba como requisito para poder operar a mi hijo de un tumor quistico en el húmero. Realicé, además, los pre-operatorios ahí. El día de la cirugía me dijo el doctor que necesitaba llevar el resultado impreso para que me permitieran ingresar. Pasé a @OlarteyAkle Sucursal Satélite para que me imprimieran la hoja con el resultado y me dijeron que “no” de mala manera. Les expliqué que llevaba a mi hijo a operar y no les importó, no me ayudaron y me dijeron de manera tajante que ya lo tenía en mi mail. No sólo es una queja del servicio (pedía la simple impresión de la hoja que me urgía) sino un trato descortés y poco empático en extremo. Los estudios los hice ahí, pagué casi $5,000 y no me quisieron imprimir el resultado. No vuelvo. Debo agregar que quienes tomaron los exámenes muy profesionales.

I did the studies there, I paid almost $ 5,000 and they did not want to print the results. I am not coming back. I must add that those who took the exams very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, fui por recomendación de mi doctora que según eran muy buenos laboratorios, nunca contestan los teléfonos solo te ponen grabación de música, quedan mal con la entrega de exámenes a mi me dijeron de un examen qué sé entregaba el mismo día y ya van dos días y nada fui y dicen que no tienen la resultados, además de caros mal trato al cliente

Llevo desde octubre del 2021 acudiendo a la sucursal de satélite y/o a zona esmeralda y el trato muy bien, mis estudios en tiempo y forma,desde la cotización de manera correcta...
Tuvieron la amabilidad de facilitarme 2 números de whatsapp.com para que sea contacto directo... Aunque también en los números de atención al cliente, me han dado respuesta sin contratiempos.
Los recomiendo ampliamente...

I haven't had any problem...
I have been going to the satellite branch and/or the emerald zone since October 2021 and I treat them very well, my studies in a timely manner, from the correct price...
They were kind enough to provide me with 2 whatsapp.com numbers to be a direct contact... Although also in the customer service numbers, they have given me an answer without any setbacks.
I highly recommend them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los estudios son bastante caros y solo tienen a 1 persona tomando las muestras por mas de que estén llenos de pacientes. En horarios de mucho movimiento te tardan mas en tomarte la muestra de lo que tardan en entregarte el resultado. Estuvimos 1 hora para un test rapido de covid.
The studies are quite expensive and only have 1 person taking the samples even though they are full of patients. In busy schedules it takes longer to take the sample than it takes to deliver the result. We stayed 1 hour for a quick covid test.
