They are inept. Neither the receptionist nor the lab know that it is a urine PCR test. I just wasted my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre hago mis estudios aquí. No tengo que esperar una o dos horas como en otros laboratorios; hay poca gente. Lástima que cerraron el otro azteca de aquí de Texcoco. Las radiografías están de lujo.
I always do my studies here. I don't have to wait an hour or two like in other labs; there are few people. Too bad they closed the other Aztec here from Texcoco. X-rays are luxurious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen sistema, las últimas veces que acudí me dijeron que no tenían sistema, ya estando ahí he tenido que esperar una hora solo para que me atiendan, aún sin haber personas en el lugar, pésimo!
They never have a system, the last times I went they told me that they had no system, already being there I had to wait an hour just to be attended, even without people in the place, terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les dije que iba a Soriana y regresaba por mis estudios y nunca me dijeron que cerraban a las 3pm, cuando salgo de Soriana para recoger mis estudios cerrado, porque no avisan su horario o respetan el que dice internet.
I told them that I was going to Soriana and returning for my studies and they never told me that they closed at 3pm, when I leave Soriana to pick up my studies closed, because they do not notify their schedule or respect what the internet says.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, no tienen varios estudios y aparte te mandan a otras sucursales y luego la señora de la recepcion muy grosera. No lo recomiendo, yo creo por eso casi no tienen gente. Mejor vayan a chopo esta como a 5min. de ahi.
Lousy service, they don't have several studios and apart from that they send you to other branches and then the lady at the reception is very rude. I don't recommend it, I think that's why they hardly have people. Better go to poplar this about 5 minutes away. from there.
