★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en horrible, las recepcionistas siempre atienden de mala gana. Si tienen estudios un poco más económicos, pero la verdad no lo vale por el mal trato que te dan.
Tienen muy mal orden y organización, para el ultrasonido te dejan esperando demasiado, al grado que te empieza a doler la vejiga.
Me sentí como en el seguro (Imss, Issste).
The service in horrible, the receptionists always serve reluctantly. If they have a little cheaper studies, but the truth is not worth it because of the bad treatment they give you.
They have a very bad order and organization, for the ultrasound they leave you waiting too long, to the point that your bladder starts to hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marque por telefono para preguntar precios y la srita fue muy amable y me brindo la atencion de manera adecuada, me dijo que ya debía llevar mis muestras y el dia que acudí me forme 15 minutos antes de las 7 am. y para las 7:30 ya habia salido, pero si vi que van muchas personas a realizarse ultrasonido y que se tardan para pasarlos, yo en esta ocasión solo fui a dejar mis muestras y por un rx.
I called by phone to ask for prices and the lady was very kind and gave me proper attention, she told me that I should take my samples and the day I came I was in line 15 minutes before 7 am. and by 7:30 I had already left, but if I saw that many people are going to have ultrasound and that it takes time to pass them, I only went to leave my samples and for an Rx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, hacen uso de la medidas preventivas, adentro solo pueden entrar pocas personas respetando la sana distancia, el baño impecable como siempre, es un lugar muy cuidado desde la limpieza, antes de acudir al lugar pedí informes vía telefónica y me brindaron buena atención, más que nada los costos fueron correctos por teléfono y en las instalaciones, ya que en algunos sitios asistes y te cambian la información en el lugar.
Very good service, they make use of preventive measures, only a few people can enter inside respecting the healthy distance, the bathroom is impeccable as always, it is a very careful place from cleaning, before going to the place I asked for reports by phone and they gave me good Attention, more than anything the costs were correct by phone and at the facilities, since in some places you attend and they change the information on the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio de las señoritas de mostrador. Atienden de mala gana y me tocó ver el trato a otra persona que llevaba orden emitida por el médico. La chica tomó la orden la leyó y solo se limitó a decir "no lo tenemos".
El paciente preguntó dónde podría hacerlo, ya que su médico le recomendó ese laboratorio. Y la señorita nuevamente: "no lo tenemos, y no sé"
No saben orientar a los pacientes, no dan soluciones.
La gente no va por gusto. Va porque necesitan descartar enfermedades, se va con preocupación, algunos con temor.
Y al llegar solo encuentras un mal trato.

They do not know how to guide patients, they do not provide solutions.
People don't go for fun. They go because they need to rule out diseases, they go with concern, some with fear.

La atención por las chicas de recepción fue muy amable y rápida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandaron para una radiografía, primero llame para preguntar costo y cuando fui era uno más alto, además de las 3 señoras de recepción mal organizadas, mala actitud, además de que es un lugar pequeño hay mucha gente y son lentos, única fila para todo, desde estudios, informes y entrega de resultados, se equivocaron en mi apellido al darme los resultados...
