★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a dejar un estudio y no lo reciben porque es horario COVID, menciono que esa información no me la dieron el la mañana. La señorita admite que no me dijo y comenta que hubiera revisado la página del laboratorio ?
Quien debió dar la información completa es la persona que me atendió y más se le dije que más tarde dejaría las muestras.
Ojalá atiendan las quejas con la finalidad de evitar situaciones así.
I went to leave a study and they do not receive it because it is COVID time, I mention that this information was not given to me in the morning. The lady admits that she did not tell me and comments that she had checked the laboratory page ?
Who should have given the complete information is the person who attended me and more was told that later I would leave the samples.
Hopefully, complaints will be addressed in order to avoid situations like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son sumamemte lentos... hay 6 personas en el mostrador y ya llevamos 30 minutos y no nos han atendido ?
Tengo la tarjeta de puntos y han salido buenos descuentos por eso pero el tiempo que se toman para recibir a la gente es ridiculo. No se si sea igual en otras sucursales.
They are very slow ... there are 6 people at the counter and we have been 30 minutes and they have not taken care of us ?
I have the points card and good discounts have come for that but the time taken to receive people is ridiculous. I do not know if it's the same in other branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron la información exacta por whatsapp me trataron súper bien siempre me habían reventado las venas en otros laboratorios y acá fueron súper cuidadosos y usaron equipo adecuado que ni moretón me dejo; todo súper bien.
They gave me the exact information by whatsapp they treated me super well they had always burst my veins in other laboratories and here they were super careful and used proper equipment that didn't even leave me with a bruise; all super good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobran lo que quieren, incrementan los precios de un mes a otro, ademas de cotizarte a un precio y a la hora de cobrar siempre es mas alto, me paso en varias ocasiones. Si de por si son caros. El trato siempre ha sido amable, pero el tema de los costos deja mucho que desear.

Las 3 estrellas son por las instalaciones, la sala de revisión para estudios ginecólogos (no se como lo nombran) no está agradable, es un cuarto bien tétrico... Tiene un buen baño pero no olía bien y a la sala del estudio le falta otro color, otros muebles, no basta con que el personal sea amable y te diga que todo es desechable, no parece un lugar privado de renombre y no da buen aspecto, es incómodo entrar a un lugar así. La sala se espera le hacen falta limpieza a las sillas.
The attention by the staff very good without problems. The 3 stars are for the facilities, the review room for gynecological studies (I don't know what they call it) is not pleasant, it is a very gloomy room... It has a good bathroom but it did not smell good and the study room needs another color, other furniture, it's not enough for the staff to be friendly and tell you that everything is disposable, it doesn't look like a renowned private place and it doesn't look good, it's uncomfortable to enter a place like that. The room is expected to need cleaning to the chairs.
