★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio bueno, el trato es agradable. No hay que esperar mucho para ser atendido. El personal que toma las muestras lo hace con el cuidado que se necesita. El estacionamiento es pequeño.
 Good service, the treatment is pleasant. You do not have to wait long to be attended. The staff taking the samples do so with the necessary care. Parking is small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención al cliente, por lo menos en suc. Mixcoac. Atendieron a otros pacientes que llegaron después que yo. Llene y entregué el formato, seguí sentada esperando a que me llamarán. Llegué 7:30 y eran 8:30 cuando me levanté y me dijeron que en un momento me atendían. Ni siquiera me habían llamado en recepción. Sali a las 9:30. Atienden más rápido en el IMSS ya que te dan cita para toma de muestras. Lo malo es que la cita para toma de muestras te lo dan después de un mes. Por esos acudí a un particular y porque tenía saldo a favor. Pero no lo vuelvo a hacer en este laboratorio
Very bad customer service, at least in suc. Mixcoac. They cared for other patients who came after me. I filled out and submitted the form, I continued sitting waiting for them to call me. I arrived at 7:30 and it was 8:30 when I got up and they told me that they would take care of me at one point. They hadn't even called me at reception. I left at 9:30. They attend faster at the IMSS since they give you an appointment to take samples. The bad thing is that the appointment for taking samples is given to you after a month. For those I went to a private individual and because I had a credit balance. But I won't do it again in this lab

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A diferencia de otra reviews que vi a mi me agradó bastante la experiencia todo el personal es muy cálido y amable y tienen todas las medidas se seguridad para garantizar nuestra protección en tiempos de Covid tienen puestas caretas y cubrebocas.
Te hacen esperar lo necesario, cuentan con los señalamientos de Sana distancia y a la entrada tapete sanitizante.
No vayan a la sucursal plateros un pésimo trato
Unlike other reviews that I saw, I really liked the experience, all the staff are very warm and friendly and they have all the security measures to guarantee our protection in times of Covid, they have masks and face masks on.
They make you wait long enough, they have Sana Distancia signs and a sanitizing mat at the entrance.
Do not go to the silversmiths branch a bad deal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡PÉSIMO! ¡PÉSIMO! ¡PÉSIMO! Si eres una personas puedes conseguir tus estudios en un lugar con un mejor servicio y si eres empresa NO LE HAGAS ESO A TUS EMPLEADOS.
Si te gusta la mala vida y quieres ir debes de saber que te llevará 2 horas una muestra de sangre y más de 3 horas cualquier otro estudio. Los médico y personal de laborarlo van con flojera y no pueden con la gente que les llega (qué tampoco es mucha)
APPALLING! APPALLING! APPALLING! If you are a person you can get your studies in a place with a better service and if you are a company DO NOT DO THAT TO YOUR EMPLOYEES.
If you like the bad life and you want to go, you should know that it will take 2 hours for a blood sample and more than 3 hours for any other study. The doctors and work personnel are lazy and cannot handle the people who come to them (which is not a lot of them either)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La info del Call center diferente a la del laboratorio y ósea vas para atrás para facturar un dolor de huesos el No. general No existe y llamas y te dicen que es el No. de orden. Pendddddddd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo pésimo servicio! Las dos chicas que atienden lentas,hechas un caos!!
El policia bancario es el que recibe, el que da la hoja de llenado, pasa la información a ellas !! Y hasta se mete a los cubículos para dejar las hojas del paciente que sera atendido!!!
Mas de una hora esperando!!! Y era domingo y no habia mucha gente!!!!
Nada recomendable!!!!!????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 04/03/21, 7:53am. Mi esposa fue atendida de manera eficiente, venimos por dos estudios y ambos fueron satisfactorios en atención y procedimiento. La chica a la entrada nos registró, nos proporcionó gel y toma de temperatura y fue amable. No hay citas tengo entendido conforme vas llegando te van atendiendo. Cuando llegamos nos tocó el cuarto turno y en menos de una hora nos atendieron bien.
03/04/21, 7:53 am. My wife was cared for efficiently, we came for two studies and both were satisfactory in care and procedure. The girl at the entrance checked us in, provided gel and temperature measurement and was friendly. There are no appointments I understand as you arrive they will attend you. When we arrived it was our fourth shift and in less than an hour we were well looked after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayas a este laboratorio si no quieres perder todo el día. Las personas de recepción poco profesionales, no saben absolutamente nada sobre la ética profesional, tampoco valorar el tiempo de otras personas. Llegue primera a mi cita, no había nadie y me hicieron esperar para hacer mi estudio 1 hora. El doctor que me atendía estaba caminando por los pasillos sin pacientes. Las personas de recepción muy lentas, flojas y groseras!!!
Don't go to this lab if you don't want to waste the whole day. Unprofessional receptionists know absolutely nothing about professional ethics, nor do they value other people's time. I got to my appointment first, no one was there and they made me wait for 1 hour to do my study. The doctor who was treating me was walking the corridors without patients. Very slow, lazy and rude reception people!!!
