★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio si te sientes mal y con animo fe no tratar con gente nefasta no vayas a esta sucursal el policía de la entrada te trata como animal no puedes realizar algún movimiento por que por todo te llama la atención, a un señor de la 3ra edad con bastón le negó la entrada a los asientos por que no venia a realizarse el estudio si no su hija, a pesar de que estamos en semáforo verde te dejan afuera a los acompañantes siendo que el paciente no se sienta bien. En cuanto a los estudios te traen vuelta y vuelta ?

Aparte en el call Center te da una información diferente a la de la sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala actitud desde que entras, una logística inadecuada, dicen que los laboratorios no dan citas, pero si te generan un folio, en el que argumentan que es para que sea más barato. Lo cual no es verdad, al tener tu tarjeta de descuento, es lo mismo en lo que se basan en línea o en sucursal. Eso es una cita. Vienes a abreviar tiempos y estás demorando más de 90 min, para laboratorios rutinarios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tache, tenía mi cita a las 9:00, llegue 9:05 y me salen con que mi cita ya se paso, nunca me dijeron que tenía que llegar media hora antes. A pero uno si tiene que esperlos a que te atiendan me pasaron 9:40 a recepción para que me salgan que ya se me paso mi cita. Están mal.

Y el call center no puede solucionar nada ya que dependen de la sucursal, en general todo Olab es PÉSIMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamas al call Center, te dan cita, te dicen que llegues "antes de las 10", llegas 9:30, haces fila, a las 10 te atienden y dicen que era a las 9 en punto, que ya no te pueden atender.
La culpa creo que no es de ellos, sino del callcenter que dio mal la información, porque me mandaron a esa sucursal, me dijeron que solo ahí se podía, y es mentira. Al final de esta sucursal me dijeron que en cualquiera de puede, y en Consulado me atendieron a la 1:45pm y mis resultados llegaron 8pm.
Pónganse de acuerdo con la información.

Empezando por los del call Center que no saben la mecánica de sucursal, no son para nada confiables, en la sucursal te reciben como delincuente, no tienen tacto ni consideración con personas de la tercera edad o discapacidades diferentes, los de recepción de tardan horas en atender ya que entre cada cliente revisan su celular o mensajean, hacen perder el tiempo y si les da la gana dejan de atender y se ponen a platicar con su supervisor, persona nefasta que no soluciona nada, NO vayan a esos laboratorios!!
Terrible service!! Starting with those at the call center who do not know the mechanics of the branch, they are not trustworthy at all, at the branch they receive you like a criminal, they have no tact or consideration for the elderly or people with different disabilities, the receptionists take hours to attend since between each client they check their cell phone or text, they waste time and if they feel like it they stop attending and start talking with their supervisor, a disastrous person who does not solve anything, DO NOT go to those laboratories!!
