 We went to take samples from my mother, but the next day they reported that there had been an internal error and that two new samples had to be taken to repeat the analyzes, the process became inefficient and uncomfortable

Confusing indications provided by telephone, the sampling time is different from the one advertised on the premises; long wait time between each shift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal no capacitado. Al no tomar correctamente las muestras, me hicieron regresar al siguiente día para volver a hacer la extracción de sangre. No los recomiendo siendo un laboratorio reconocido, no capacitan a su personal y los costos de los análisis, no son de acuerdo al servicios que esperas tener.
Untrained personnel. When the samples were not taken correctly, they made me return the next day to do the blood collection again. I do not recommend them being a recognized laboratory, they do not train their personnel and the costs of the analyzes are not according to the services you expect to have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno aqui lo q falta en esta sucursal es.personal ya q 1 sola persona para toda la sucursal si que es un caos cuando se junta gente para toma de muestras. Y mas aun con las medidas sanitarias de 1 sola persona dentro de las instalaciones.
The service is good here, what is lacking in this branch is personal, since only 1 person for the entire branch is chaos when people gather to take samples. And even more so with the sanitary measures of a single person within the facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deficiente. Por vía telefónica no explican adecuadamente las instrucciones, además de mantener una actitud poco amable. No capacitan a su personal en la manera adecuada de toma de muestras y la manera en que obtienen la muestra no es congruente con las instrucciones de aseo e higiene.
Poor service. They do not adequately explain the instructions over the phone, in addition to maintaining an unfriendly attitude. They do not train their staff in the proper way to take samples and the way in which they obtain the sample is not consistent with the cleaning and hygiene instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deficiencias en todos los sentidos, no enviaron los resultados el día y hora que quedaron. Nos dejaron esperando en el sol afuera con mi hijo de 3 años. Una clínica seria con un historial muy bueno no debe tener sucursales solo por tener, con personal altamente deficienciente.
Deficiencies in every way, they did not send the results on the day and time they were left. We were left waiting in the sun outside with my 3 year old. A reputable clinic with a very good track record should not have branches just for the sake of having highly understaffed clinics.
