N	Natalia Nellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is one word: PERFECT! Wonderful environment, bright but muted colors, wood, very pleasant for your eyes. One pool is made as CENOTE. Perfect! Another pool can be found on the hotel’s rooftop. It's long and you can swim. The service of the hotel is very nice. Maria tries to do everything to make you happy. We needed to rent a hair dryer, an egg pan for breakfast. Maria also lent us frying oil and her own hair dryer. Upstairs is another kitchen to use for your cooking. You can rent bicycles for MXN 200 and you can also do a later check-out if its possible. We were so excited about this hotel that we canceled our stay at another hotel for another night and we came again to this hotel. Thank you for a perfect stay and pool experience and I hope to see you next year.<333
J	Jasper C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was small and not like the photos on the website. Cleanliness had much to be desired; the sheets had makeup from the previous guest on them and the tile floors smelled horribly. We intended to stay longer but had to leave.

Our room was spotless, had cold AC, a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool, huge bed, TV with Netflix, and very attentive staff. Had a blast in the infinity pool upstairs (which we basically had all to ourselves) and lived my best life ???

Plus points: - Pictures are gorgeous - quick customer support via WhatsApp - 35 USD between two people is fine - A/C worked - Employee doing check in was competent and helpful Negative points: - Strong smell of mould - Bed sheets had stains and room generally felt not so clean (especially floor) - Balcony of room number 3 (2nd floor) doesn’t lock. Someone could have come in the door without a problem. Staff tried to assure me that this was okay but this was a major disappointment for me. They have one staff member on site 24/7 but this wasn’t up to standard for me (travelling with passport and other docs)
I	Irem Ocak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a quiet and peaceful place. We stayed here for 1 month and we felt like home. Israel is absolutely amazing just like other workers in the hotel. So helpful staff... Pool is very nice and clean especially the rooftop pool is great during sunset. It was very nice to have this place and run away from all the constructions going on in Tulum. Thank you for everything... :)
