★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy limpio, tiene horarios muy amplios, tienen productos a la venta incluyendo alimentos, pero nada de eso sirve si cuando llegas con una emergencia no te pueden atender porque no tienes cita, algo absurdo me parece, solo percibo que les importa poco la salida o la vida de los animales, como siempre pienso ante cualquier profesión hay que tener pasión por la misma, aquí solo es un negocio.
The place is very clean, it has very long hours, they have products for sale including food, but none of that works if when you arrive with an emergency they cannot attend you because you do not have an appointment, something absurd it seems to me, I only perceive that they care little the exit or the life of the animals, as I always think before any profession you have to have a passion for it, here it is only a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy chafa el lugar, lleve a mi perrita pr consulta por un problema de una drenda de su oreja y resulto que era una supuesta operacion de $3000 mas medicmento, mejor que le digan a sus clientes que les aguen la renta, rateros!!! Y usureros!!

NO recibieron a mi perrita cuanto fue atropellada y se trataba de una EMERGENCIA. Me dijeron que sólo era con cita mientras mi perrita tenía sangre en sus patitas, así que la tuve que llevar a otra veterinaria de la colonia donde SÍ la atendieron correctamente.
Sugiero que coloquen un letrero donde claramente especifiquen que NO RECIBEN CASOS DE EMERGENCIA.
Sigo pensando que los veterinarios son maravillosos y el servicio de grooming también, lástima que no pude contar con su apoyo en mi emergencia porque la veterinaria no está preparada para ello.
Upgrade:
They did NOT receive my dog when she was run over and it was an EMERGENCY. They told me it was only by appointment while my dog had blood on her paws, so I had to take her to another veterinarian in the colony where they YES treated her correctly.
I suggest that they put up a sign where they clearly state that they DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMERGENCY CASES.
I still think that the vets are wonderful and the grooming service too, too bad I couldn't count on their support in my emergency because the vet is not prepared for it.
