★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¿donde vende Lanix directamente baterias para sus teléfonos celulares?, con esa respuesta cambiaria mi opinion a 5 estrellas ya que se me hace excelente telefono pero soporte nulo en baterias,,, llevo dias buscando y solo hay baterias piratas que no sirven bien en la plaza de la tecnología... distribuidores Telcel se hacen mensos y no te la consiguen,,, ya también use sus telefonos de contacto y NADA de ayuda de Lanix. NOta: estoy en el DF.
 Where does Lanix directly sell batteries for their cell phones ?, with that answer I would change my opinion to 5 stars since it makes me an excellent phone but no support in batteries ,,, I have been looking for days and there are only pirate batteries that do not serve well in the technology plaza ... Telcel distributors are getting slow and they can't get it for you ,,, and also use their contact phones and NO help from Lanix. NOTE: I am in Mexico City.

Tengo el Lanix M1. Pero después de 10mm se empieza a calentar...creo no es normal quiero que lo chequen y lo reparen si es necesario...! GRACIAS COMUNIDAD....!!

Tuvimos la pésima idea de recomendar una tableta lanix para uno de nuestros clientes.
Dicha tableta salió defectuosa. Al llamar a los números de lanix, no contestan y cuando lo hacen no resuelven ni dan solución.
Tenemos mas de una semana intentando hacer válida la garantía sin recibir ninguna respuesta satisfactoria. "Ya que les falta una autorización de una persona que no está para que se pueda completar el trámite".
Nuestra recomendación: NO COMPREN ESA MARCA.
Representa PERDER DINERO Y TIEMPO.
( Tuvimos que adquirir otra tableta de otra marca, para resolver el problema con nuestro cliente ).
We are a company dedicated to the commercialization and repair of computer equipment.
We had a lousy idea to recommend a lanix tablet to one of our clients.
Said tablet came out defective. When calling lanix numbers, they do not answer and when they do they do not solve or give a solution.
We have more than a week trying to validate the guarantee without receiving any satisfactory response. "Since they lack an authorization from a person who is not there so that the process can be completed."
Our recommendation: DO NOT BUY THAT BRAND.
It represents LOSING MONEY AND TIME.
(We had to buy another tablet from another brand, to solve the problem with our client).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ADquirí una tablet hace tres semanas, he intentado contactarlos para hacer válida la garantía desde entonces, hasta hoy día no he recibido respuesta y ya está por finalizar el mes de cambio físico. Lamentablemente mi experiencia con esta marca ha sido pésima hasta ahora, Recomendaría evitarse problemas y no arriesgarse con sus productos
