Food: Was realllllllllyyyyy good!!! I ordered Florentine eggs — I was a little worried the spinach would take over the dish but it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend.
Not sure if they had some yogurt or passion fruit that had to be used up, but they made a little parfait and handed them out to every single customer! It was such a delicious treat. Was not expecting it and it was so good!
Drinks: Coffee was served with a little biscotti and it was such a treat! Again, was not expecting this and it was so good! Personally I like coffee cups that are easy to pick up and place down (hot liquids inside!) the coffee cup design they have is a little tough to pick up.
Atmosphere: Very cute ans cozy. They have beautiful artwork for sale. The ceiling is made up of egg cartons which is super cute and great to see up cycled products.
Service: Superb! The entire staff works together as one! I love love love to see this! It makes the entire business operate smoother and leaves customers even more satisfied
Cost: slightly high for Mexico but to be expected for this type of cafe
NOTE: get there early or I guarantee on most days after 11 you will be waiting in line outside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for lunch in PDC. For 189MXN you get full size soup/salad/quiche, pasta/fish/meat, desert and fruit water. The quality is always good and the bread is amazing. Stuff is also very friendly always. I recommend this place to everyone who goes to Playa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed having breakfast here. The decor is welcoming, parking is available, and the staff is pleasant. It’s an 11min walk from playa del carmen’s downtown ferry area.
We ordered the chia quinoa oatmeal w coconut milk, the large fruit with yogurt, two natural juices, the veggie omelet which came w potatoes & the blueberry hotcakes which came with bacon…we also ordered a side of avocado. For the most part the food had good flavor though my pancakes were a bit bland, so I only ate 1 of the 3.
Still, you should give it a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came from Toronto and were craving EggStatic (best egg benedict place I have ever had).
The egg benedicts didn't disappoint. The bun was nicer than eggstatic but the egg and the hollandaise sauce were very comparable. The component that is better at eggstatic is the nashville style fried chicken breast they put on top.
Overall loved the place, price was fair, dessert was nice and the juices were also quite nice. If I lived here this would be my morning breakfast spot atleast 2 times a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely diner a short walk from the center beach area. Everything is nutritious and wholesome and comes with a little appeterif of a local honey parfait. Get the juice of the day. And of course practice the local language— it is appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great with friendly service. I go very often and have to say they are overall very good considering how many times I go. However tall gentleman can't manage the door when busy. Keeps ignoring people going in and out and puts down, in Q, names on window whoever tells him and not the order people come in. He has to learn to greet people and understand customer focus. Thought it's just an incident when he dropped few glasses of orange juice on floor and guest at a table in front of me. Can happen to anybody. I think it's a matter of training but also his attitude. I experienced it twice...once I just left the place... Flor and Adriana are excellent along with the gentleman who speaks v little English. Coffee could be better. Green juice is very good. And I mentioned a few times, wifi at the back outside its not working.
