Se nos dio una cabaña diferente a la ofrecida cuando se llamó por informes, con un olor bastante desagradable, jamás acudieron a la hora acordada para auxiliar con el boiler, las escaleras para el acceso al lago están rotas, bloqueadas y con rastro de que se brincan por ahí, había ratones en la cocina y ratas en el techo, sumamente peligroso para la persona que durmiera en esa parte!, se notifico del problema y los encargados jamás aparecieron para ofrecer una solución
Terrible service! We were given a cabin different from the one offered when it was called by reports, with a rather unpleasant smell, never came at the agreed time to assist with the boiler, the stairs to the lake are broken, blocked and with a trace of they jump around, there were mice in the kitchen and rats on the roof, extremely dangerous for the person who slept in that part!, the problem was notified and the managers never appeared to offer a solution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son de los peores lugares para hospedarse en Zirahuén, es mejor acampar que quedarse ahí, al lugar le falta mantenimiento, está muy sucio y con caquita de rato es y murciélagos en las habitaciones y malos olores de hu.edad en algunas recamaras.
They are one of the worst places to stay in Zirahuén, it is better to camp than to stay there, the place lacks maintenance, it is very dirty and with poop from time to time and bats in the rooms and bad smells of humidity in some bedrooms.
