★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al reservar comentaron que la alberca sí estaba climatizada y esto no es verdad, NO está climatizada, está helada. Ofrecieron una cama extra, pero en realidad es un colchón en el piso MUY incómodo. La persona que durmió ahí amaneció lastimada de la espalda. El primer día no hubo luz ni wifi. Falta limpieza en las habitaciones, el agua caliente de la regadera tarda en salir. Cobran y promocionan el hotel como si fuera 5 estrellas, pero NO lo es, es como 1 estrella.
 When booking they commented that the pool was heated and this is not true, it is NOT heated, it is freezing. They offered an extra bed, but it's actually a VERY uncomfortable mattress on the floor. The person who slept there woke up with a back injury. The first day there was no electricity or Wi-Fi. Lack of cleanliness in the rooms, the hot water in the shower takes time to come out. They charge and promote the hotel as if it were 5 stars, but it is NOT, it is like 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a weeding reception here and the place is very nice (if you are looking for a rustic colonial experience). Very nice sleep if you ask me, basic but nice pool, etc. Food was below average sadly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las Cúpulas hotel was absolutely stunning! The suites were around $75 per night and very spacious. The service went above and beyond along with the restaurant! You won't find a better experience.
