They tried to steal 100 pesos from me, after upgrading me from a room that the lights did not work. When I asked for my change (after he placed the money in his back-pocket, not in the money drawer), the attendant (who didn't speak thorough English) called the manager, that agreed to give me the money. He then LIED and said he didn't have $100MXN in change and would give it to me the next morning. The next morning, a younger attendant saw me and automatically was extremely rude, combative, argumentative, aggressive and accusatory toward me. Telling me flippingly "yeah I know who you are," and that its impossible to give me money because of the rate I selected. It was clear that the night attendant wrote him a note telling him "not to give the black girl her money." I continued to try to explain that I didn't ask for a 1-bed, but that I was transitioned into one. I asked for a manager, he then ignored me, got on the phone, then said that there is never a manager available and that he's not giving me my money. Eventually, he threw the 100 pesos to me from the same drawer that allegedly didn't have the 100 pesos just a few hrs before. I was going to stay for another week or 2 because the rooms were decent and inexpensive. But as I was walking away, he continued to be rude and remind me that I needed to be out by 12pm (20 minutes). I turned around and told him that there is NOBODY staying at the hotel, and his mouth just lost a customer, and yet they have the audacity to steal from me and be rude! Literally, ALL of the rooms were open and the place was vacant! Why would you be rude to any customer, particularly when your hotel is vacant?! Don't stay due to shady practices and inexplicable rationales for ALL of the rooms being open and vacant.

Comfortable room with a fridge and coffee machine, but no coffee provided. The bathroom was enormous and not air-conditioned. The double width bath had a wide surround and a fixed glass shower screen. This made it very difficult to get in and out. I slipped several times. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

The staff is so sweet and helpful. The place was clean and beautiful, and kept us safe from hurricane Delta. We didn't have to evacuate and never lost power or anything else. Close to everything and four blocks from the Gulf. I'll be back!

This is a great place to stay, we stayed 5 nights. Service is awsome, room was super clean every day they will clean your room and give you clean towels. Kitchen in small but nice and you have everything you need.. The only thing is towels are kind of hard so if you have sensitive skin bring your own if not your fine. Breakfast is delicious, they give you a plate with fruit, a cup with yogurt and delicious granola, also you can ask for eggs with chilaquiles or pancakes. Is super close to lots of places to eat and the famous 5th street, also the beach. Also there is a Walmart not to far maybe like 10 min walking. I recommend this place is awsome Thank you. ?

It's decent. We had to check out one day earlier and they didn't want to give us back even a part of the money.

Comfy hotel with friendly staff, the only small nuisance was the tables protruding down (as shown in the picture) which makes it impossible to work at with zero leg room. Otherwise it's worth a stay as it has all the necesities and luxuries like TV and 2 swimming pools.

WARNING: Never, ever pay for your reservation in advance. We arrived on site and were given only 3 rooms instead of the 5 we had booked. They refused to refund the overpayment and told AGODA that we had received the rooms. Normal Mexican scammers. Otherwise the hotel services quite below average, only the DELUXE rooms are usable, the others are poorly ventilated and smell bad. The cards to open the rooms normally don't work for several days. Wifi is also usually out of order. Unless you have a local sim card with data, you'll be offline all the time. The decision of whether to stay at this hotel is up to you.
