Terrible experience there. Be careful with LAS NUBES ! Cannot trust their hospitality. We have found that hotel via Booking.com. for a family trip with our kid 8 yo. Booking proposed a Junior suite we booked for 450€/night which seems OK for 3 pers. When we arrived the room had only one bed and the staff said the bed is big enough for 3!!! They haven't been able to propose a supplementary bed so had to leave. Booking.com hasn't been able to help, we paid 4 nights without any compensation or solution except sleeping all together in the same bed.

Where do I start…. Only if you go there if it’s your last resort I am sure any hotel on this island is better than Las Nubes. 1. We slept on square cushions not pillows 2. Service- non existence it’s easier to walk to get your drink otherwise you wait half an hour 3. Food- don’t even bother ordering food if you want to wait 1 hour and a half for a chicken sandwich. A portion of chips is quicker it takes only 45 minutes. Also average food considering the wait time. Ordered a juice and it was all pulp. 4. Staff- very rude as they prioritize people who come for a day pass and play music like we are in Ibiza and it’s the same playlist everyday. We didn’t even get a chance to have a nice sun bed considering we pay to stay at the hotel. The reception told us we made “a reservation for the hotel rooms and not for the beach”. We got stuck with worn out plastic sun loungers. Also the beach loungers closes at 6pm and if they have a romantic dinner for 2 by the beach they pack up earlier. Do not except to see the sunset from the hotel. Other guests were also feeling the pain from their experience of their stay, actually most of the positive reviews are from the day passes not the hotel guests.

Unfortunately everything is misserabel. I asked the young gentleman three times for an ashtray and never received one. We waited 90 minutes for the food which was really bad with hair in it!!! and overpriced. To order a drink I had to ask twice as it was forgotten each time. The view is beautiful here, but that's the only thing.

Bought a day pass for a day at the beach. The price is 600 pesos per person of which 100 pesos is charged for the sunbed and 500 is a pre-charge for drinks and food. The sea is very nice at this point, and the beach bar, music, facilities (washroom), beach cleaning and shadow constructions are great. Staff is professional. A big plus is that from the beach you can access the sandbank just across the shallow water. A recommendation for anyone wanting to stay in control of her/his budget: note down your consumptions throughout the day, also accounting for a 10% staff tip. Your spend above the 500 pesos pre-charge will be charged in addition at the end, so its good to keep track and see yourself what you can expect.

We went here for the beach bar (day pass is 600 peso with a voucher for 500 peso for food and drinks). In my opinion this is the best spot of the island to relax, chill in the water, walk around and lay down. But the staff is really slow, the food is not that good and they over charged us and our two neighbors at the end…

The beach is absolutely stunning, everything else was disappointing unfortunately. The food wasn't fresh, the rooms dark and outdated and the staff were mainly rude and don't seem to enjoy working at the hotel at all. It's such a shame because we really wanted to love it and the beach makes up for a lot.

Rooms are super clean and location is amazing. Wait staff in the morning is terrible. They don’t pay attention to anything. We had to serve ourselves coffee more than once. Never got us a spoon for our coffee. One of the waiters just kept checking his phone instead of paying attention to clients. Won’t be staying there again.

The hotel is a bit out of town but it is located directly on the beach. The colors of the water is just amazing and you can even walk to town through the water. It has a restaurant where you sit next to the ocean. The beach club is nice as it also has direct water access. However, the music was in general to much ‘party’ like considering that most people were there to relax. The breakfast is good, but you need to take it easy with tome, no rush :) Unfortunately, there is an overall lack of attention to detail. At our arrival we were just shown to our room, no explanations about the resort. The rooms are sparingly furnished. Food is also missing some taste (lack of salt).
