We stayed one night, the place is good. To rest, disconnect for a while. The beach is two blocks. Only cash payment for everything, there are no Oxxos, or anything. Only the corner store (a bit expensive) the food is tasty, the prices are above $ 140 per dish. We took a boat, the trip lasted an hour. Since if you go by car it takes up to 3 or 4 hrs. The $ 90 pesos are to go to the siankann reserve. The road if it is super neglected. That is why it is better to go by truck! But the inn is very nice, there is no air conditioning for the whole day. Only for 10 hours a day. But the place is eco-sustainable. If we would travel again, but for at least 3 days.

Not worth the 3+ hr bumpy, long drive. The toll is 90 pesos per person, none of which goes to maintain the road or bridge. The drive to this town is absolutely brutal and a huge time stuck. Owners are fantastic and wonderful. The room is comfortable and the ac on from 6pm until about 3am and then a bit during the day. Small fridge. None of the spiggots worked except one. Shower was hot and good. Wifi was good but couldn't get my pc or Mac to connect. Can go on snorkeling trip and see wildlife, but it's underwhelming. Sea weed that smells and permeates the air is robust and ever present. The town is run down with few places to eat, a few mini supers and none take credit cards. Owners are extremely helpful in getting what you need or giving you ideas/ making arrangements to do tours. You can do a lot of this stuff in tulum or Cozumel. It's just not worth the effort to get down there and be stuck with no cell signal, wifi not really working for my needs. This hotel is a great place to stay, but there might be others on the beach... but I would skip this area altogether and stay near civilization. Your car, bladder and schedule will thank you.

The hosts are very kind and ready to help you out with everything. A lovely garden, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The AC isn’t on during the entire night so it can get quite warm. The village in itself is surrounded by beautiful nature. You can see many animals! Sadly no good restaurant options neither good supermarkets. This is not a place for tourists. The road to get there is quite tough for your car and your nerves!
