Llamaron por teléfono y tampoco quisieron abrirles porque "no encontraron su reserva", por más que la tenían impresa. Días atrás llamaron para verificar su reserva y les dijeron que estaba OK. Informalidad y maltrato al acecho.
They do not respect reservations. They left two friends outside the apartment without opening them. They called by phone and did not want to open them either because they "did not find their reservation", even though they had it printed. Days ago they called to verify their reservation and told them it was OK. Informality and mistreatment on the prowl.
