★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor experiencia de la vida, no te ofrecen agua y estás ahi acostada 5 horas, te cancelan los retoques "por una emergencia " que de esa emergencia ya fueron 3 veces y tienes q esperarte a cuando se digne la señorita a atenderte y para eso ya pasó el tiempo de retoque y pagarías como si la aplicación fuera nueva y de paso se quedan con el dinero de tu depósito y nunca te lo devuelven ???
Worst experience of life, they don't offer you water and you're lying there for 5 hours, they cancel the touch-ups "due to an emergency" that were already 3 times from that emergency and you have to wait for when the lady deigns to attend to you and for that already the touch-up time passed and you would pay as if the application were new and by the way they keep the money from your deposit and never return it to you ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que cancelar por una emergencia médica y aunque cancele a las 5 am me dijeron que eran con 24 horas sin excepciones o se quedan tú deposito. Lo cual hace pensar cuánta gente no irá contagiada de Covid por no perder el deposito.
Hace unas semanas me dieron la peor infección en el ojo y quemaduras por pegamento, decidí darles otra oportunidad solo para que semanas después se me cayeran casi todas y me las cobrarán cuando no fue mi culpa. Después hacen esto.
No vayan, no se arriesguen
I had to cancel due to a medical emergency and even if I canceled at 5 am they told me that it was 24 hours with no exceptions or they will keep your deposit. Which makes you wonder how many people will not be infected with Covid by not losing the deposit.
A few weeks ago I got the worst eye infection and glue burns, I decided to give them another chance only to have almost all of them drop off weeks later and be charged when it wasn't my fault. Then they do this.
