★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo ya que hacen lo que quieren a pesar de que le explicas cómo quieres que te hagan las cosas, no saben hacer el diseño y mucho menos escuchar, los precios son engañosos ya que a parte de caro juegan con los precios debido a presencie como jugaban por teléfono con los precios y no es justo!!!!
Las pinches pestañas tan caras y no ha pasado un día y ya se me cayeron mi peor error confiar en supuestas profesionales
The service is very bad since they do what they want even though you explain how you want things done to you, they don't know how to do the design and much less listen, the prices are misleading since apart from expensive they play with the prices due to witness how they played on the phone with prices and it is not fair !!!!
The pinches so expensive eyelashes and not a day has gone by and I already dropped my worst mistake trusting supposed professionals

Es el único lugar donde lograron enchinarme bien las pestañas, ya que las tengo muy pesadas.
El servicio es muy bueno y el lugar es muy tranquilo.
I did the lash lifting and I really liked it.
It is the only place where they managed to curl my eyelashes well, since they are very heavy.
The service is very good and the place is very quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Agendé una cita vía telefónica y al llegar a mi cita me dicen que no está agendada. La chica en vez de solucionar el problema prefiere estar en el teléfono.
Terrible service. I scheduled an appointment by phone and when I arrive at my appointment they tell me that it is not scheduled. Instead of solving the problem, the girl prefers to be on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que triste la manera de atender a sus clientas , mi novia hizo cita con antelación pero al llegar no estaba la persona que supuestamente agendo para el día de hoy de nombre Lourdes , por ende no estaba agendado ningún servicio para mi pareja , lo más deplorable es la forma en que atendió la persona recepcionista ,al ver que no había una cita en la agenda, pues en vez de tratar de solucionar el problema de la empresa al agendar , la chica estaba platicando con su pareja por whats app y prefirió atender su celular que ayudar con nuestro servicio pero bueno es triste que estas empresas traten de vender sus Servicio sin saber todo lo que conlleva generar clientes y tenerlos en tu cartera , ojalá sigan mucho tiempo en servicio por que así como atienden no auguro mucho futuro ??♂️
How sad the way you serve your clients, my girlfriend made an appointment in advance but when she arrived the person named Lourdes who was supposedly scheduling for today was not there, therefore no service was scheduled for my partner, the most deplorable thing is the way the receptionist attended, seeing that there was no appointment on the agenda, because instead of trying to solve the company's problem when scheduling, the girl was talking with her partner on whats app and preferred to answer her cell phone to help with our service, but it's sad that these companies try to sell their services without knowing everything that comes with generating customers and having them in your portfolio, I hope they stay in service for a long time because just as they serve, I don't predict much of a future ??♂️
